Wet text and water droplets Adobe Photoshop tutorial
In this tutorial I'll show you step by step how to create the wet text and water droplets effect in Adobe Photoshop CS3.
It is highly advisable to watch this video tutorial in "Full Screen" mode. To play the video in Full Screen mode, just click on the small square at the bottom right of the video. To exit Full Screen just press Esc on your keyboard.
