This video tutorial will teach you how to turn any photo, even of a green and sunny day scenery, into a wintertime one, with snow and frost. It will look like a there was a blizzard going on when you took the picture. Feel free to pause the video as many times as needed so you can read and understand the instructions. The software I used for this tutorial is Adobe Photoshop CS3.

It is highly advisable to watch this video tutorial in "Full Screen" mode. To play the video in Full Screen mode, just click on the small square at the bottom right of the video. To exit Full Screen just press Esc on your keyboard.
